We have options in B&B to suit 2, 3, or 4 guests wishing to share facilities, please enquire stating your requirements. Please note maximum for The Nest is 2 people sharing.

Arrival and Departure

• Guests may book in between 2-6 p.m.
• Rooms to be vacated by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure
• Special arrival and departure times by prior arrangement - we aim to make your stay as convenient and happy as possible so will do our best to fit in with your special arrangements.
• Reservations are only secured on the payment of a deposit of 50% of the total amount for the length of the stay.
• Our cancellation policy prior to arrival is:
  • Less than 4 weeks, forfeit the full deposit
  • 4 weeks to 8 weeks, forfeit 50% of the deposit
  • More than 8 weeks, forfeit 20% of the deposit

Children Policy

We regret that for safety reasons we do not accept toddlers and very young children, other than babies in cots, due to an unfenced swimming pool. Older children are charged the same rate as adults.
